Upon submitting and completion of this booking form you agree to secure Tillee Music’s Services and adhere to the following terms and conditions - An invoice will be sent to you requesting a 50% booking fee with the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to your event. CANCELLATIONS: If a booking is cancelled at any point more than 12 weeks prior to your event’s date, we retain 10% of your booking fee. A cancellation fee of 25% applies if cancelled less than 8 weeks prior. A cancellation fee of 50% applies if cancelled 6 weeks prior. RESCHEDULING: Due to the current climate, should you need to postpone and reschedule your event, we will gladly accommodate to another date within the next 12 months of your originally booked date (depending on our artist availability). If you do not have a new date yet in mind, we can simply move your booking into a temporary hold until a new date within that 12 month period is secured.
